Meet Deborah
She has a proven track record as a high achiever. After a 20-year career as a nationally recognized educator, she founded multiple successful companies, including 15 years at the helm of a custom home construction company and, more recently, a successful senior downsizing and estate sales company with her wife, Kelsey. Deborah’s skills and tenacity were immediately recognized when she became a full-time Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, earning the title of Rookie of the Year. Since then, Deborah has been an elite performer, ranked in the Chairman’s Platinum Top 1% of 60,000 agents nationwide.
As a proven self-starter, entrepreneur, and businesswoman—most importantly, endowed with the "heart of service"—Deborah provides her clients with essential skills to assist them in profitably selling their homes and beyond.
Deborah has extensive experience in home construction and maintenance, having designed, built, and sold 30 custom homes. These skills are invaluable to her clients when assisting them with home refresh projects to sell successfully for maximum net profits.
As a co-owner of a successful senior downsizing company, Deborah has demonstrated her ability to guide clients through the processes of preparing to sell, downsizing, and moving. She approaches each client with empathy, listening to their needs and recommending solutions without judgment.
Deborah is highly skilled at guiding clients through the transition to one of the many vibrant senior campuses in Santa Barbara and Montecito or facilitating their move across the country to be closer to family.
