When my mother passed away, we knew we would be faced with an overwhelming number of issues. My mother was not one to share her information with anyone, so it was clear that unraveling what needed to be done would be a challenge. When they were done, every item with value was sold, donations were delivered, and the condo was empty. Deborah then brought in an inspector to determine what needed to be repaired/replaced. She managed the whole process and sent us a list of recommendations. She obtained bids from various repair companies and managed the process upon our approval. In addition, we decided there needed to be some upgrades to the condo before it was put on the market. This included paint, carpet, replacing light and sink fixtures, etc. She managed this entire process and even went to Home Depot to buy replacement fixtures, etc. Once on the market, she brought all offers and managed the entire process.
